Monthly, Blackbird will undertake the task of reconciling the Client's bank statements with the entries in the Client's Ledger, identifying and rectifying any disparities. In the same vein, Blackbird will conduct a monthly reconciliation of the bank records against the expenses recorded in the Ledger, ensuring consistency and accuracy. To facilitate this process, the Client will provide Blackbird with the necessary Bank Statements, which can be submitted via login credentials or physical copies as preferred.
